Conell Method
First, I'll add some samples which you can guess how to do it. These pictures I'm taking from google, even you can search using the "conell" and get more ideas.

In this method, your page is divided into three sections. They are; note section, review section and summary section.
  • Use the ‘notes’ section to make notes during the lesson.
  • After the lesson, review your notes. Reduce sections of the notes into keywords and write them in the ‘keywords’ column.
  • Write a summary to consolidate what you learned.
